Data we collect

• Booking: name, email, phone, dates, number of guests, extras, message — to perform the rental (contract) and meet accounting obligations.
• Payment: handled directly by Stripe; we never receive or store card numbers.
• Contact form: name, email, phone, message — to reply to you.
• Automatic emails: confirmation, host alert and pre-arrival reminder linked to your booking.

No targeted advertising, no data resale, no newsletter without your consent. With your consent only, visit statistics via Google Analytics (see cookies).

Recipients

The hosts (NLH); IONOS (hosting and email, EU servers); Stripe Payments Europe (payment, possible transfers outside the EU under standard contractual clauses); Google Ireland Limited (Google Analytics, only with consent; possible US transfers under the Data Privacy Framework); Virtuose Digital (technical maintenance).

Retention

Bookings and invoices: 10 years. Contact messages without booking: 3 years. Bookings abandoned before payment: deleted or anonymised within 12 months.

Your rights

You may access, correct, erase, restrict, object to and port your data via the contact form, and complain to the French data protection authority (CNIL): www.cnil.fr. Only the French version is legally binding.
