Only the French version is legally binding; this translation is provided for convenience.
Capacity and booking
Registered furnished tourist accommodation, registration number 972-32-22-01 (town hall of Le Vauclin). Each villa sleeps up to 4 guests; both villas together up to 8. The person booking must be at least 21 years old. A booking is final once payment is confirmed; a confirmation email is then sent.
Prices and payment
Prices are in euros per stay and include final cleaning and the tourist tax. Paid extras (such as the airport transfer) are added to the total. The stay is paid in full at booking by card via Stripe (3D Secure).
No right of withdrawal
Under article L221-28, 12° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to accommodation provided on a specific date.
Cancellation by the guest
- At least 14 days before arrival: 50% of the amount paid is refunded.
- Less than 14 days before arrival, or no-show: no refund.
